A.F.M. Inc. Acquired by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.

You may have learned that A.F.M. Incorporated was recently acquired by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. Because Trelleborg is a direct competitor of SKF, and has products that compete directly with the SKF Polyseal products, SKF Polyseal Inc. has terminated its distributor agreement with A.F.M.

SKF Polyseal Inc will continue to support the end customers by ensuring that Polyseal product will be available to them through other authorized channel partners.
